Return Policy

At Sr. Grillo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we will behappy to assist you with a return or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Return timeframe:

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to initiate a return.

Conditions of the garments:

The garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags attached.

Underwear, swimwear, and masks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return process:

Contact our customer service: You can do this via email, phone, or online chat. Please provide your order number and thedetails of the items you wish to return.

Pack the items: Make sure the garments are well packaged to avoid damage during transport.

Send the package: You can choose your preferred shipping method. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of thecustomer, unless the return is due to an error on the part of Sr. Grillo (incorrect or damaged item).

Return options:

Refund: Once we receive and process your return, we will refund the full amount of the returned items to your original paymentmethod.

Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this when contacting our customerservice. If the new item has a different price, the difference will be adjusted.

Exceptions:

Items purchased on sale or with a discount may have a different return policy. Please refer to the specific information on theproduct page or contact our customer service for more details.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service immediately so that we can resolve it.
